Our showroom displays over 90 stoves, providing a comprehensive range of options for our customers to explore. Our highly trained sales team is available to guide you through our selection, answer any questions, and help you find the perfect stove for your needs. 

Step-by-Step Process: 

1. Initial Consultation: Visit our large showroom to view our extensive range of stoves and speak with our knowledgeable sales team. We’ll take the time to understand your requirements and preferences.
2. Provisional Quote: We request that you share images of your property to provide you with a provisional cost estimate. This allows us to assess your specific needs and give you an accurate initial quote.
3. Quote Discussion and Survey Booking: After reviewing your images, we will contact you to discuss the quote in detail and answer any questions. If you’re happy with the provisional quote, we’ll book a survey at your property to confirm the cost.
4. Final Quote and Booking: Following the survey, we’ll provide a final, confirmed quote. Once the quote is approved, we’ll take a deposit to secure your installation date and schedule the work in our diary.
5. Installation: Our in-house team of fully trained engineers will carry out the installation. We do not subcontract our work, ensuring high-quality service and consistent standards. Installations typically take between 1 to 6 days, with most jobs being completed in 2 days.
